this training program should help you stay fit and gain muscle


this program runs for 5 weeks and will help you lots. you should work on your leg muscle and go for a 3 killometere run at least 2 times a week. try and have 2 bannanas a day for energy. u must rollerblade for at leats 6 hours a week.

building leg muscle

building your leg muscle will help you to jump alot higher with makes it alot eisier to do tricks. each night fill a schoolbag up so its heavy then put it on your back and stand up with your legs open and slowly go down and up. Do this 30 times then have a 10 second brake then do 30 more then another 10 second brake then 30 more and then have a 5 min brake then do it again. do this every night for 5 weeks.if you have a bench with a leg curler (<<< picture<<<) on it that is great. Also to help build leg muscle do a 3 kilometer run at least 2 times a week for the 5 weeks.

Eating

Eating doesnt really matter to mutch as long as you dont eat to mutch fatty food. i like to have a bannana with my breakfeast and one before i go to bed this keeps your energy going while traning for these 5 weeks.

rollerblading at least 6 hours a week

while rollerblading think of a trick you really want to learn and practice it. if you are having trouble with any tricks then write me an email telling me witch trick it is and ill try and help you.
